Permanent roof anchors are a smart solution that will help protect your roof and increase safety for contractors by providing anchor points for fall protection.
Did you know that workers operating above 10’ must use fall protection and/or safety rope? Often times this simple regulation is not considered. When buildings and homes are constructed, or when a new roof is installed, anchors are not always installed or provided. If anchors are not available, the contractor will need to install either a permanent roof anchor or a temporary/removable roof anchor to be in compliance with WorkSafeBC.

This will allow a safer working solution for contractors performing seasonal services to your roof and gutters, while also being a better option for you, the homeowner, in maintaining the overall roof condition!
